Afterchool Program

New fall membership application portal now open

Fall enrollment
There are a few changes this fall so please take note of the following:

Fall afterschool programming will begin on September 5 at our Main Site Clubhouse (1200 N. 7th Street). Afterschool program will run from your school’s dismissal time through 6:30pm.

Note, due to both state licensure square footage requirements and staffing shortages: Battle, Blue Ridge, Alpha Hart Lewis, and Derby Ridge school sites will be transported to the Main Clubhouse for fall program. During these temporary closures, please know that clubhouse memberships are reserved for youth from each of these locations – as it is our goal to continue to serve these amazing students.

Monthly fees are going away! Beginning Fall semester, the cost of member includes a one-time $50 fee for the entire academic year. No monthly fees. No $5 membership + monthly program charges. One flat $50 fee for the entire school year. Our mission is to serve youth who need us most – and believe membership fees should never be a barrier to high quality programming.

With a minimal fee structure, there is no need for subsidy. Meaning the Club will not be offering subsidy this year. This is a happy and welcomed change as it means less paperwork for our families! Just a one-time flat fee, that’s it!

There is a new Parent Portal. Meaning everyone (new, current member, or former member) will need to create a new family account. The new system makes it easier for families with multiple kiddos to sign up under 1 family account. The new system will also allow guardians to see real time clock in times for their kiddos, and more!

In addition to the changes mentioned above, please note the following when enrolling for the first time in the new system:

When selecting your child's membership, choose based on your child's school enrollment. A waitlist option will appear if all memberships have been selected. We encourage completing enrollment even if a waitlist option is prompted. This new portal allows time stamp completions. Once we are able to open our school sites on school grounds, you will receive communication from the Club!

A quick no-change announcement: Transportation will continue for our members from Oakland and Lange Middle School.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to our fall semester!
