Core Focus

We aim to work around the barriers our families may experience to gain behavioral health services for their Club Members. Our Behavioral Health Team provides a variety of services, such as:

social emotional screenings
individual counseling
social-emotional learning groups
family resource connection

Mental Health Program Referral

If you are interested in having your Club Member enrolled in the behavioral health program, please fill out the referral packet and return to a Behavioral Health Team Member or Site Staff.
